Step by Step Method

Step 1

In large pan brown meat with onions.

Step 2

Add curry paste, tomatoes and the green chili pepper if using, simmer 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add spinach, stir until wilted.

Step 4

Mix in yogurt.

Great served with basmati rice or Nann

So easy - all in one pan meal. I cut the recipe in half but the curry amount at 2 1/2 tablespoons (I like hot). I always like chutney & bananas with any curry. Served over rice as suggested. Delicious, healthy meal. This will be made again & again.
