Lamb Burger Middle Eastern Style
"If you love lamb you will love this recipe. I found it in a Canadian Living magazine and have tweaked it a bit to suit my taste. They suggested a slice of fried eggplant on top. Sounds good - I subbed tomatoes because I didn't have any eggplant. Don't be shy on the garlic they do not overpower the burger. Choose a good quality bun or use a pita. You may make 4 burgers from this recipe I like them a little a little larger and only make 3."
