Step 1: Beat the egg and ketchup together until well blended
Step 2: Stir into the egg mixture the onion, panko, dill, parsley, garlic, pine nuts, salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne
Step 3: Mix in the ground lamb, mix together using your hands. Mix well but be gentle or you will have a tough burger. Form into 3 burgers
Step 4: In a lightly oiled skillet pan fry one side, high- medium heat for 4-5 minute .
Step 5: Turn heat to medium, flip the burger, cover the pan and continue to cook for apprx another 5 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 160f
Step 6: Place burger on bun, top with yogurt and any other condiment you may like such as fresh tomatoe, pickles, peppers, hummus It is your choice
