Daily Inspiration

Made this dish to go with our Thanksgiving dinner. The concept of adding sautéed mushrooms and a cream sauce is really nice; however, the lima beans need to be cooked before adding them to the sauce and mushrooms as they never really got tender enough in the short period of cooking time. Next time I will cook them first. : )
