"Makes 1 loaf"
Dissolve yeast in Warm water.
Add sugar, salt, butter, eggs and 1 1/4 cup flour. Mix till smooth.
Stir in raisins, lemon peel and remaining flour.
Cover dough with a damp cloth, and let dough rise until doubled.
Grease bundt pan and sprinkle with chopped almonds, evenly place the blanched almonds in the pan.
Stir down batter and spoon evenly into pan .
Let rise until double.
Heat oven to 350.
Bake 50 minutes.
Immediately remove loaf from pan.
