Step 1: Dissolve yeast in Warm water.
Step 2: Add sugar, salt, butter, eggs and 1 1/4 cup flour. Mix till smooth.
Step 3: Stir in raisins, lemon peel and remaining flour.
Step 4: Cover dough with a damp cloth, and let dough rise until doubled.
Step 5: Grease bundt pan and sprinkle with chopped almonds, evenly place the blanched almonds in the pan.
Step 6: Stir down batter and spoon evenly into pan .
Step 7: Let rise until double.
Step 8: Heat oven to 350.
Step 9: Bake 50 minutes.
Step 10: Immediately remove loaf from pan.
