Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dice and saute celery and onion in butter. Mix with rest of ingredients except rice.
Step 2
Put rice in bottom of baking dish.
Step 3
Pour mixture on top of rice into baking dish.
Step 4
Bake 350 for 30 minutes or til hot and bubbly.
