Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook spaghetti in heavily salted boiling water until al dente; drain, saving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a sauce pan.

Lightly brown garlic.

Add gochujang paste.

Add red pepper flakes, tomatoes and soy sauce.

Season lightly.

Add pasta water.

Add cooked, drained pasta and cook until tight.
