"Thanks to TikTok we can enjoy this whipped coffee sensation. NOTE: It MUST be instant coffee. Brewed coffee simply doesn't work. And it must also be hot water, or it won't whip up."

If using an electric hand mixer, use just one beater so it will fit into the measuring cu. Whisk in the vanilla .

Step 2

Pour the milk into two glasses and top with ice.

Step 3

Pour the whipped coffee in equal amounts over the top of each glass and serve immediately.

I realized after reading over this again that I totally did this wrong! It was still way good! I'll have to make it again the right way. OMW I mistakenly whipped the milk, also.

KATO BABY

Wow, was this good. I loved it. Such intense flavor. I used an instant espresso, it worked beautifully in this tasty treat. It was thick, creamy, sweet and full of coffee flavor. The milk is a nice contrast to the thick coffee cream. Thank you for sharing this wonderful coffee. Kudos on making it into my Best of Cookbook for 2021.
