Step by Step Method

Proof yeast with 1/8 cup sugar,1 1/2 cup flour and 1 1/2 cup warm milk

Put in warm place and it will begin to bubble about 90 minutes for this part

Punch down let rise again

Punch down and make walnut sized balls about 15 of them in well greased

10x15 inch pan,brush with melted fat (I'm using butter ,they used chicken or duck fat)

Let rise again

Make hole in center of bun and put a tablespoon of filling in middle

Let rise again until double bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes

Brush rolls with melted fat
