Step 1: Proof yeast with 1/8 cup sugar,1 1/2 cup flour and 1 1/2 cup warm milk
Step 2: Mix
Step 3: Put in warm place and it will begin to bubble about 90 minutes for this part
Step 4: Add warm milk, warm lard ,egg yolks
Step 5: Mix
Step 6: Add flour and salt mixture gradually
Step 7: Mixing after each addition
Step 8: Knead dough put in oiled bowl turning dough so all sides oiled cover with a damp towel and let rise until double
Step 9: Punch down let rise again
Step 10: Punch down and make walnut sized balls about 15 of them in well greased
Step 11: 10x15 inch pan,brush with melted fat (I'm using butter ,they used chicken or duck fat)
Step 12: Let rise again
Step 13: Make hole in center of bun and put a tablespoon of filling in middle
Step 14: Let rise again until double bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes
Step 15: Brush rolls with melted fat
