Step 1

Whisk all the ingedients together

Melt butter in a skillet, add eggs

Step 3

Allow the eggs to settle and start to firm then roll them from the bottom of the pan with a spatula, turn them a few times until they are cooked but not dry

Seems I picked another winner - these eggs tempt the taste buds! Other than snipping in some chives fresh from my backyard garden I made as posted. So easy - so good! Another recipe I'm setting aside for our summer brunches.
