These meatballs are easy to prepare and so worth the little effort they took to make. We plan to have these often!

I made up a double batch and froze most of them. I had some in sub rolls with sauce and provolone and another meal with spaghetti and breadsticks on the side with a nice veggie salad. We loved them both ways!

I made these to put in spaghetti sauce. They were DELICIOUS! I only used 1/4 teaspoon of the cayenne as my little one was eating them too and I didn't want to make them too hot. He didn't seem to mind the slight hint of heat so we will have these again!

I thought I would try turkey for a change and these meatballs were delicious! That parmesan cheese really makes the difference in the flavor and with the sauce they were every bit as good as beef or pork.

I love this site! These meatballs were great. I loved the cayenne and parm cheese. They really added a lot to the overall flavor of the meatballs. I will make these instead of regular meatballs most of the time, because I try to watch what I eat, somewhat. I had these on top of some whole wheat spaghetti. Very appetizing. TY

mmm mmm tasty !! we loved these Parmesan turkey gems, loaded with flavour and they leave a nice little tingle , just the right amount of heat. Served with a hot and spicy tomato based sauce with red onion curls for garnish. Also used chopped red onion inside as I had no green onions in, worked well. I will definately be making these again, thanks Kitts for a good one i will use often.
