"You know I would not post a recipe unless it's super good and that is just what these meatballs are, these are not an Italian meatball if you looking for that you may want to check out my #recipe7 These are an uber-tender beefy meatball best eaten baked from the oven, the perfect guy food for football weekends. They make the best topping cooked then crumbled for pizzas! If you not a lover of spicy, omit the jalapeno pepper. After making these a few times you may want to increase some amounts on certain ingredients to suit you taste, keep the beef amount, breadcrumbs, eggs, cream and milk to the same amount as listed on the recipe, 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion may be added if so desired. Plan ahead the meatball mixture requires a minimum 6 hour refrigeration time, 24 hours is even better."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, place all ingredients. Using clean hands combine very well.
Step 2
Cover the mixture and place in refrigerator for minimum 6 hours (24 hours even better).
Step 3
Roll into small balls.
Step 4
Freeze unbaked (or baked) balls.
Step 5
For baking: Place meatballs onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked though.
