Step 1: In a bowl, place all ingredients. Using clean hands combine very well.
Step 2: Cover the mixture and place in refrigerator for minimum 6 hours (24 hours even better).
Step 3: Roll into small balls.
Step 4: Freeze unbaked (or baked) balls.
Step 5: For baking: Place meatballs onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked though.
