Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

This burger has been voted into the Bergy Hall of Fame Burger House - Great peppy, mouth watering burger. I was generous with the chili flakes, used 4 large garlic cloves and cut the recipe back to 2 burgers (10 ounces meat).I pan fried the burgers. Thanks Kitten for a great Saturday night burger
