"These are at their best when grilled but of coarse may be broiled or pan fried, plan ahead the patties must be chilled for 6-24 hours to blend the flavors, serve on toasted garlic buns along with favorite condiment, because of the high sodium content in the dry soup mix I would suggest not to add in any extra salt --- prep time includes 6 hour chilling time"

Step 1

In a large bowl using clean hands combine the ground beef with all ingredients until mixed.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 6 or 8 even patties, then place in a tray or large plate.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 to 24 hours.

Step 4

Grill or broil until cooked, then serve on toasted buns with desired condiments

Such a great tasting hamburger that it's easy to overindulge and have two! We all dove into these as soon as they were done, enjoying them all dolled up with some onion, pickles, and ketchup. A do again burger for us and soon according to my son-in-law!

We love trying new burgers at home and this one peeked my interest. They are easy to make and flavors are great! Nothing like a nice juicy burger and fries!

I used 1 jalapeno without the seeds and used oyster crackers instead of bread crumbs with great results. I cut the recipe in half modifying it accordingly and it worked well. The burgers were juicy and full of flavor with a nice bite of spice that really affected the overall taste, which was great! I would recommend these to anyone and just adjust the spice according to your preference.
