Step 1: In a large bowl using clean hands combine the ground beef with all ingredients until mixed.
Step 2: Divide the mixture into 6 or 8 even patties, then place in a tray or large plate.
Step 3: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 to 24 hours.
Step 4: Grill or broil until cooked, then serve on toasted buns with desired condiments
