Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 2
Beat eggs and syrup together.
Step 3
Add juice, rind, sugar and butter in order listed.
Step 4
Beat well.
Step 5
Pour into pie shell.
Step 6
Bake on lower shelf 10 minutes.
Step 7
Move to middle shelf.
Step 8
Reduce heat to 350° F.
Step 9
Bake 30-40 minutes more.
