I made this on 5/12/13(Mother's Day)to use on some boneless skinless chicken breasts.Since I knew that just a little bit of this mix was needed, only half the recipe was made. And the tomato soup powder was left out(I couldn't find it). The chicken was dipped in a buttermilk/egg wash then coated with flour that had some of the Spice mix added to it. The mix really gave the chicken a very good flavor. Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling :) "

I assumed that all the spices were dry on this one since it is a mix. I didn't use the dehydrated tomato soup powder because I couldn't find it in the store, but it didn't seem to make a difference. I made it up and mixed it well, then dipped my chicken in it and baked it. I don't say as it tastes like Kentucky Fried Chicken, but it's darn good chicken just the same! Thank you for posting it here for us Bea! Linda

This made great fried chicken, also for the dehydrated tomato soup powder I've never heard of that so I just omitted it completely, it doesn't say if oregano is fresh or dried I used dried oregano, thanks for posting this recipe.
