"Mix these up for your next BBQ party. They are lovely, moist and very tasty. I say to make 8 burgers but I like mine a bit bigger so would use this recipe to make 6. The recipe is from the Hellman Mayo Kitchen. Recipe calls for real mayo but I use lite. I like to have lettuce, mushrooms and cheese with the salsa on the burgers. Use whatever condiments you like. If you do not BBQ pan fry the burger over medium high heat, apprx. 6 minutes each side."

Mix together the ground chuck, mayo, onion, worchestershire sauce and chili powder

Form 6- 8 patties.

Season with salt and pepper.

BBQ for apprx. 6 minutes each side or until they are done to your liking.

Place a burger on a bun.

Top with salsa and your favorite condiments
