Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef (lean ground chuck)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped (sweet onion, grated or finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder (optional)
  • 3/4 cup salsa, your favorite
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns (6-8)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the ground chuck, mayo, onion, worchestershire sauce and chili powder

  • Step 2: Form 6- 8 patties.

  • Step 3: Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: BBQ for apprx. 6 minutes each side or until they are done to your liking.

  • Step 5: Place a burger on a bun.

  • Step 6: Top with salsa and your favorite condiments
