Mix all ingredients, except for glaze ingredients, if dough is soft, cover and chill
Preheat oven to 375.
Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.
For the glaze: Melt the butter in a sauce pan, heating until butter until it is a delicate brown. Add in sugar and vanilla. Add one tablespoon of water at a time, until glaze it the right consistency.
Bake 10 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched with a finger.
Immediately remove from baking sheet.
Cool and spread with browned butter glaze.
