Step 1: Mix all ingredients, except for glaze ingredients, if dough is soft, cover and chill
Step 2: Preheat oven to 375.
Step 3: Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Step 4: For the glaze: Melt the butter in a sauce pan, heating until butter until it is a delicate brown. Add in sugar and vanilla. Add one tablespoon of water at a time, until glaze it the right consistency.
Step 5: Bake 10 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched with a finger.
Step 6: Immediately remove from baking sheet.
Step 7: Cool and spread with browned butter glaze.
