I took advantage of my hubby being away to enjoy this dish to the fullest. (he doesn't like garlic in potatoes) but I do. So I got to enjoy it all by myself... yummy. Roasting the garlic makes it extra special. I loved the deep dark flavor that it imparted. I used fresh buttermilk, Parmesan petals and a thick sour cream in the potato dish and they worked beautifully. Thank you fort sharing a recipe that I will enjoy again. Made for What's on the Menu? tag game.
