Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In casserole or pan, place pork chops.
Step 3
Top each with 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 slice onion and 1 slice lemon.
Step 4
Cover and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover last 15 minutes.
Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on thickness of chops.
