Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dissolve package with salt and boiling water. Add ice water; Stir
Step 2
Chill until slightly thickened
Step 3
Set bowl firmly in bowl of ice and salted water
Step 4
Beat with egg beater until fluffy and thick
Step 5
Then whip cream. Add to jello along with the jam; beat until blended
Step 6
Chill in mold until firm
Step 7
Unmold (they had whipped cream on top and bottom with fruit on top)
