  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water, boiling
  • 1 cup water, iced (ice water)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dissolve package with salt and boiling water. Add ice water; Stir

  • Step 2: Chill until slightly thickened

  • Step 3: Set bowl firmly in bowl of ice and salted water

  • Step 4: Beat with egg beater until fluffy and thick

  • Step 5: Then whip cream. Add to jello along with the jam; beat until blended

  • Step 6: Chill in mold until firm

  • Step 7: Unmold (they had whipped cream on top and bottom with fruit on top)
