"This is a lovely salad dressing that is so easy to make. Let it sit for a few hours before using to allow for the flavors to meld. If using dry oregano, make sure you rub it between your fingers before tossing it into mixture, to release the flavor."

Easy, quick, tasty & met my need as an ingredient to make your "Zesty Pork Stir-Fry". I scaled it down to a 1/3 version & have the perfect amount left for my next salad since (like nearly all Icelanders), DH does not "dress" his salads. But I do, so thx for having this recipe so handy for me.

We eat salads all the time so I was happy to try this out and we really like it. Make sure you give it time for the ingredients to blend together for the best flavor. We enjoy it frequently and I make it regularly for using on our salads and veggies.
