Step 1: Press garlic into a bowl.
Step 2: With the back of a spoon, mash salt into garlic for a couple of minutes, until mixture turns to a creamy paste.
Step 3: Put all ingredients into a jar and shake vigorously.
Step 4: Keep refrigerated.
Step 5: Stir or shake just before serving, as dressing separates quickly.
