Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a Large salad bowl add clean spring mix
Step 2
Finley chop green onions, both white and green portions
Step 3
Add whatever chopped fruits or veggies you have selected.
Step 4
Add oil to salad. My rule of thumb is twice around the circumference of the bowl. Do the same for white vinegar.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste as well as 1/2 teaspoon on onion powder. Toss salad and serve.
