Step 1: In a Large salad bowl add clean spring mix
Step 2: Finley chop green onions, both white and green portions
Step 3: Add whatever chopped fruits or veggies you have selected.
Step 4: Add oil to salad. My rule of thumb is twice around the circumference of the bowl. Do the same for white vinegar.
Step 5: Add salt and pepper to taste as well as 1/2 teaspoon on onion powder. Toss salad and serve.
