Step by Step Method

Step 1

Drain tuna extremely well add mayonnaise and season to taste.

Step 2

At this point you can add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese if you wish, I'm not.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate.

Step 4

When ready to make sandwich

Step 5

Cover tuna on one side of bread add onion if you wish lettuce and tomato

Step 6

Cut on diagonal both ways so you have 4 sandwich pieces

This is a tasty tuna sandwich...I did add extra mayo only because I like it more on the wet side...I normally have my tuna on toasted bread...this was a nice change...made for "Billboard" tag game and "St. Patrick's Day" event...
