"make sure you grease the pan this dough sticks and was done in my oven a little faster than stated , but my oven is wonky , the dough was sticky for me but cooked up fine"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Soak raisins in warm water for 20 minutes to plump them.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

In a small bowl, beat eggs and stir in sour cream.

Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients,

And stir with a wooden spoon or use hands.
Step 7
Stir in the raisins and caraway seeds.
Step 8
Place dough in a greased 9-inch spring form pan.

Dust the top with flour to prevent hands from sticking,
Step 10
And pat the dough evenly in the pan.
Step 11
With a knife, make a shallow crisscross slash on the top.
Step 12
Bake for 50 minutes.
