  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Step 2: Soak raisins in warm water for 20 minutes to plump them.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

  • Step 4: In a small bowl, beat eggs and stir in sour cream.

  • Step 5: Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients,

  • Step 6: And stir with a wooden spoon or use hands.

  • Step 7: Stir in the raisins and caraway seeds.
