Easy to make! I've never used the butter and cream in the pan method before but it totally worked! My daughter REALLY liked these and asked me to make them again next time I fix eggs for breakfast. Highly recommend this Irish scrambled egg recipe!

Great egg recipe here!! I always mix the cream with the eggs so I was a bit leery about this method. But, my eggs turned out fantastic.

Sooooooo good! I've never made scrambled eggs with this method before (the cream added to the butter) and thought the eggs turned out perfectly! I loved the chive and white pepper additions, too. Thank you!
