Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the thawed peas, diced cheddar cheese, chopped celery, chopped red bell pepper, and finely chopped red onion herbs and ham.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the pea and vegetable mixture, gently tossing to coat all ingredients evenly.

Step 4

Chill for 2 hours in frig before serving.

Step 5

Season to taste .

Step 6

Add more mayonnaise if needed.

Perfect dinner for us today! I didn't use celery salt because there is no such thing in Germany (I think), instead I added some dried salad herbs, and I used more like half a cup of parsley LOL Thanks for sharing! Made for FYC Game
