  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, minced
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces sour cream (1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the thawed peas, diced cheddar cheese, chopped celery, chopped red bell pepper, and finely chopped red onion herbs and ham.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

  • Step 3: Pour the dressing over the pea and vegetable mixture, gently tossing to coat all ingredients evenly.

  • Step 4: Chill for 2 hours in frig before serving.

  • Step 5: Season to taste .

  • Step 6: Add more mayonnaise if needed.
