We enjoyed this fun take on spaghetti. I really liked the creaminess. My son said the taste reminded him of the hamburger helper I used to make occasionally when they were little. He said that in a good way - we really liked that flavor! Thank you for this fun recipe!

This is a creamy spaghetti that is a nice change from my traditional "Italian" spaghetti. It doesn't have the Italian herb blend that are typical of macaroni and Italian tomato sauce, so it is definitely different. I did use more hamburger than called for, but other than that I stayed true to the recipe.
