Heat 1 tablespoon butter saute mushrooms season lightly

Add ham heat

In another pan heat rest of butter

This is one delicious omelet...mine came out a bit to brown due to buttering my toast...I added the sour cream to the egg mixture and didn't notice it was for garnish until I came to do the review...having the sour cream on the side would moisten up the omelet...made for "FYC" tag game and "St. Patrick's Day" event...
