Spicy and very good. I doubled the turmeric like Pat. Loved all these flavors together. I bet other Indian spices would be welcome in this too.

Bergy

Just enough additions to make this omelet interesting. I cut the recipe in half with no problems. Will be made again. Perfect for Sunday Brunch or for a light dinner.4 Oct 2015 Made again & enjoyed just as much

Delicious though next time I will use a chilli with a little more heat in it as the Jalapeno I used seemed more like a capsicum with attitude, also as I don't care for coriander/cilantro I used basil and I scaled back for 1 serve and doubled the turmeric as I love the taste and it is so good for you, thank you dienia b for a great breakfast, made for For Your Considerationt tag game at Food Friends and Fun
