This was fast and easy. I didn't add any extra ingredients except for the sour cream and salsa. My husband added some Cholula's. I used my new to me rv oven. Thanks! I made this for Billboard Tag Game 2020.

What a quick and easy dish to make! I loved that it wasn't a huge casserole dish, so that it was good for just 2 of us with enough for leftovers for lunch. Flavor was really nice. I added some jalapenos for heat, and loved it.

We really enjoyed this taco pie -- we did serve it with sour cream (for me) and salsa (for others) and used the cheddar option -- but as I didn't measure probably more than called for. Made as directed for a very easy dinner. Thanks for sharing!
