Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2
Place the eggs, salt, vanilla, sugar, butter, almonds, coconut, lemon & orange rind and juice's, coconut milk & flour in a food processor & blend until really well combined.
Step 3
Pour the pie mix into a buttered 28cm pie plate.
Step 4
Bake pie for 1 hour until lightly browned.
Step 5
Set aside to cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.
Step 6
Serve with whipped cream topped with some fresh passion fruit pulp.
