Step by Step Method
Step 1
Juice four of the lemons and strain.
Step 2
Slice 2 lemons.
Step 3
Stir lemon juice and the pineapple juice into the tea and then stir in the sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Step 4
Add the lemon slices to the tea mixture.
Step 5
Put ice in a large pitcher and pour the tea mixture over the ice.
Step 6
Pour tea over ice in glasses. Garnish with mint and pineapple slices if desired.
