"This is one of my favourite ways to make a hot dog. I top mine with chopped red onions and pickled jalapeno peppers but you can add whatever toppings you like."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the wiener in a small skillet with the sauerkraut, grainy mustard and brown sugar and cook over medium-high heat until wiener is heated through.

Step 2

Heat your bun in the microwave for a few seconds to soften and place the wiener in the bun.

Step 3

Mix the mayonnaise with the sauerkraut mixture and add to the bun.

Step 4

Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!

This is a Super Dog. I loved every bite. Followed the suggested condiments and added some Swiss Cheese. I sliced the dogs longways before frying. Another winner from Bea
