Step by Step Method
Step 1
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Stir to chill the glass, then strain out the melted water. Leave the ice in the glass.
Step 2
Combine the coffee, honey syrup and gin in the glass. Stir to chill, then top with tonic water, add more ice as needed. Add a twist of lemon peel over the top of the drink as a garnish.
