Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce syrup ( honey syrup)
  • Honey Syrup: equal parts honey & water, dissolve over low heat. Will keep for 2 weeks refrigerated.
  • 1 1/2 ounces brewed coffee (cold-brew coffee)
  • Tonic water (small bottle)
  • Garnish: lemon peel

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fill a Collins glass with ice. Stir to chill the glass, then strain out the melted water. Leave the ice in the glass.

  • Step 2: Combine the coffee, honey syrup and gin in the glass. Stir to chill, then top with tonic water, add more ice as needed. Add a twist of lemon peel over the top of the drink as a garnish.
