"This is a lovely recipe I copied from Taste of Home magazine. I find the corn you buy at the grocery store during the winter time is not as sweet as fresh corn, so this is a perfect way to sweeten up “winter corn”"

Fantastic. I love the honey butter. Another thing I do to help sweeten winter corn is to put sugar in the water I am boiling it in. Works like a charm.

Because I've made this recipe during winter, I used 6 ears of frozen corn. The honey mixed with the butter is a good concept as it added good flavor to the corn. I did find that having the brush-in-hand and brushing the corn between bites as butter was slightly firming up, did give it more of a succulent taste. Can't wait to try this again when corn is in season. Thank you QueenBea for sharing.

I had frozen ears of corn in the freezer and used it to make this corn. The honey did make it sweet and it tasted pretty good for frozen corn. I like this and will use it again sometime.
