Step by Step Method

Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning by adding more salt or lemon juice, if desired.

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, sesame seeds, or chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
