Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a shallow dish, whisk together honey, soy sauce and garlic.
Step 2
Coat chops in mixture.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
Step 4
Place chops on greased grill over med high heat, close lid and cook. basting 2 times with the marinade (or you can just baste the chops with just honey).
